This is absolutely the worst office in the organization. Wait in line for a form. Return to be rudely told its the wrong form. Back to fill out the new one. Get back in line. Repeat. I saw. Customer after customer getting the same routine. If this is customer service, someone needs a boot in the behind. No other Post Office is like this in my experience.

Horrible experience. I went to get a passport with the having filled out the application already online, and when I walked up to the counter the woman helping me glared at me and gave me a new form after I told her I already had it filled out. She then proceeded to rudely tell me that they only do appointments for passports Monday through Friday by calling in, which I was especially upset with because the website stated they have Saturday hours and only in small print it stated an appointment needs to be made (which I noticed AFTER the fact). She could have told me without an attitude and properly and professionally informed me. The woman the proceeded to give me a pen and starting saying some phone # expecting me to write it down without explaining it was the # I need to call to make an appointment. I would definitely not recommend this post office ever.

The mail carrier assigned to us is a slacker. When we have a letter or package that needs to be signed for, he NEVER rings the doorbell, he just leaves the notice on the door that he "tried" to deliver the piece. Then I have to trek to the post office to get it. In the post office, there is ONE person who knows what to do and how to do it and is nice. One man feels obligated to comment on whatever it is I am mailing----making fun of names and wondering what I'm sending, Two weeks ago, before leaving on vacation, I placed a stamped birthday card in my mailbox and pulled up the flag. When I got home, that same card was among my mail because the carrier did not take it out and mail it. So I took it to the mailbox down the street. Today, that same card appeared in our mail box, with the postal cancellation on the back over our return address! My daughter said that because I complained about the carrier (too many episodes to recount), he is retaliating. OMG.

So unclassy, it's amazing.

People with attitude. What about having some good old fashion customer service.

Bad, rude, disrespectful attitudes.
